Chandrashekar B U (BU) follows the above golden words as his motto in life. BU has lived in Bangalore, Karnataka, India since his childhood. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from RV college and obtained his Master of Engineering from ECE Dept. of Indian Institute of Science in 1993.
He started his career in 1993 at Centre for development of telematics, in a team that developed the largest telephone exchange in India.
Since 2000, BU is working in various roles at Synopsys. He is currently a Principal Engineer in USB R&D team. He has published technical papers in international journals and holds two US patents. Through Synopsys, he is associated with several NGOs where he interacts with children and helps them in developing scientific temperament.
BU has a large network of friends, many of them who go way back to his gnana bodhini primary school days. He is an avid reader and appreciates all genres of books. He is a movie buff. He loves listening to Indian music of yesteryears. He loves to play cricket, especially wicket-keeping. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He can interact with anyone and strike a chord with a one-year child as well as a ninety-year-old.
